How we work

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY

I understand that:

I may receive several confirmation emails per day from online applications that 123aanhuurmakelaar submits on my behalf (for example from Pararius or Funda). I may receive emails from landlords asking me to create accounts or send documents. I decide myself which requests I respond to. 123aanhuurmakelaar will also apply on your behalf to homes that have one bedroom too few, fall just outside your search area, or sit just above your budget. 123aanhuurmakelaar will also apply on your behalf to homes you may not qualify for, such as student housing, temporary contracts, 65+ homes, or income requirements (e.g. 3.5× rent = gross monthly income).

Permission to request viewings I give 123aanhuurmakelaar permission to contact letting agents in my name to request viewings. Immediate performance I give 123aanhuurmakelaar permission to start immediately (including the digital intake and working with the search profile) within the cooling-off period.
