What does a rental agent cost in the Netherlands?

A traditional tenant agent often charges at least one month’s rent. We work online, so the fee stays clear — and we request viewings on your behalf.

In the Dutch rental market a full-service tenant agent can quickly cost €2,500 or more. That usually includes coming along to viewings and negotiating afterwards.

We do it differently. You pay €490 for a 3-month online search, plus an €800 success fee (no cure, no pay) if a home is found or you end the assignment early. Total: €1,290.

We search and apply. You view the home, speak to the landlord and sign the contract yourself. That is how we keep the fee sharp — for expats and locals alike.
