Rental agent · the Netherlands

What does a rental agent cost?

If you are comparing tenant agents in the Netherlands, the fee structure matters as much as the service.

123aanhuurmakelaar charges €490 up front for the search assignment and €800 as a success fee (no cure, no pay). The search fee does not guarantee that a home will be found.

The Terms and Conditions are in Dutch and are legally binding. During checkout you receive an English assignment agreement for convenience.
