We work a little differently from a traditional tenant agent. At 123aanhuurmakelaar we keep it simple, clear and efficient. We help you find a rental home. Our proven online approach means we can offer a sharp fee — no extras, no fluff. A genuinely affordable rental agent? Yes.
For up to 3 months we search for homes that match your profile. We request viewings from several sources and react quickly when new listings go online.
We request the viewing for you; you handle the rest. The appointment with the letting agent, checking the contract, viewing the home and collecting the keys: that is all on you. If you want someone walking through every property with you, we are not the right fit. We work online, fast and efficient — and that is how we keep the fee down. What are your fees?

Do you really offer a 100% guarantee?
Depending on your search and what we agree, we can offer different guarantees. Part of the fee is usually no cure, no pay. Our Terms and Conditions apply.
Whether you get the home also depends on the letting agent. There may be extra requirements (income, for example) or the home may go to someone else. We cannot guarantee that you will get a home — which is why part of our fee is often no cure, no pay. If a home goes to another candidate, we keep searching for up to 3 months. Chances are we find new homes and you still get to view somewhere else.
